11. Lara Croft Tomb Raider [4K UHD] (2001)
"Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Lara Croft: Tomb Raider may be the most successful movie based on a videogame ever made, but it doesn’t take much for that crown, and I

12. Mr. & Mrs. Smith: Unrated (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While I like the supplements and the new cut of the movie, I don’t know if those factors make an additional purchase worth your while. Personally, I’m glad to have both releases, and I think big fans of the flick will also want both. More casual partisans should probably remain happy with the original, though. Starring Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie. Fox, $2

13. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil [Blu-Ray] (2019)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As far as action/fantasy movies go, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil proves perfectly watchable. Though it never turns into anything special, it manages to give us moderate entertainment. Starring Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning. Disney, $39.99, 1/14/2020.

14. The Good Shepherd (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Shepherd ends up as a long-winded bore. It wears its political heart too much on its sleeve as it alludes to current abuses of intelligence, but even those elements can’t generate any heat. Instead, the film feels like it treads water the whole time. The tale moves but goes nowhere. Starring Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie. Universal, $29.98, 4/3/2007.

15. Mr. & Mrs. Smith [Blu-Ray] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Mr. & Mrs. Smith threatened to become submerged under all the tabloid escapades associated with it, but the movie still holds up fine on its own. It balances action and romantic comedy in a deft manner to become a light and enjoyable piece of work. The Blu-ray presents very good picture and sound. It doesn’t boast a long roster of extras, but with three

17. Wanted [Blu-Ray] (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I hoped that Wanted would provide a clever, exciting action flick. Unfortunately, it cared only about its ridiculous visuals and never became anything more than a long, tedious ad for slow-motion techniques. Starring James McAvoy, Angelina Jolie. Universal, $14.98, 12/2/2008.

18. Gone In 60 Seconds: Director's Cut (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should those fans who already picked up the prior DVD grab a copy of this one? Probably not. The main difference I found came from the moderately longer cut, but I didn’t think it did anything to improve the original film. Picture quality was slightly improved but not by much. Everything else seems the same, so I see little reason to “upgrade” to the new

19. Wanted: Special Edition (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I hoped that Wanted would provide a clever, exciting action flick. Unfortunately, it cared only about its ridiculous visuals and never became anything more than a long, tedious ad for slow-motion techniques. The DVD presents erratic visuals along with excellent audio and some fluffy extras. Wanted truly stinks; avoid this absurd action flick. Starring Ja

20. Alexander: Director's Cut (Special Edition) (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I didn’t see the theatrical cut, so I don’t know if this one improves upon it. Since I didn’t like this version of Alexander, I find it hard to believe it’s significantly superior to the theatrical edition, but who knows? Maybe that one was even more boring than the director’s cut. Starring Colin Farrell, Val Kilmer. Warner, $29.95, 8/2/2005.
