41. Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite a few lingering reservations about the movie itself, I really liked this product, and I definitely recommend Clones.

42. Atlantis: The Lost Empire - Collector's Edition (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Generally an interesting film, Atlantis works well as a whole but does little to make itself stand out from the crowd.

43. XXX: Superbit Edition (2002)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A loud and obnoxious affair, the flick tries way too hard to floor us with its extreme action, but it does little more than seem inane and pointlessly flashy.

44. National Treasure: Collector's Edition (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since Treasure does little for me as a film, I find it tough to recommend it to new viewers, and I also can’t advise existing fans to grab this two-disc Collector’s Edition – at least not if they already own the original 2005 DVD. This one adds a few decent extras, but they’re not nearly enough to warrant a repurchase, especially since both releases offe

45. Spider-Man: Deluxe Edition (2002)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As for folks who already own the original two-disc Spider-Man, should they “upgrade” to the Deluxe Edition? No. While I enjoyed the featurettes connected to the film, they only last about half an hour, and that’s not enough content to warrant a new purchase. The DE is the most generally satisfying Spider-Man on the market, but it’s not worth a “double di

46. This Is Spinal Tap: Special Edition (1984)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: This Is Spinal Tap is one of the all-time classics, a nearly-perfect comedy that continues to work amazingly well more than 25 years after its original release. If it loses any points, it’s simply due to overexposure; Tap is such an influential film that it’s become ubiquitous. The DVD gives us very good audio along with a nice collection of extras but i

47. Close Encounters Of The Third Kind: 30th Anniversary Ultimate Edition (1977)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: (T)he “30th Anniversary Ultimate Edition” of Close Encounters of the Third Kind is still a solid set. The movie itself remains a classic, as Spielberg tells an enchanting story of our first formal meeting with aliens. He utilizes a first-person point of view that makes the tale accessible and moving, and the entire project is fulfilled with beauty and st

48. Prison Break: Season One (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite the potential pitfalls of a quirky premise, Prison Break proves satisfying. The series progresses at a nearly relentless pace that ensures we never get bored. The twisting plot and sense of threat keeps us interested as we always come back for more. Starring Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller. Fox, $59.98, 8/8/2006.

49. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: Ultimate Edition (2002)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As for the DVD, both picture and sound quality seemed very solid. Neither reached demonstration level, but both satisfied nicely. Supplements offered a decent mix of interesting elements. I suspect that most fans will be happy with the prior DVD of Chamber, but Potter die-hards will want to snag the “Ultimate Edition”. At $39.92, it’s not horribly pricey

50. Santa's Magical Stories (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a price of less than $30, Stories delivers a heck of a value… if you don’t already own the various specials. Virtually everything here has already been released, so many fans will have purchased the same shows in the past. If that doesn’t include you, however, this is a great deal, as it contains hours of fun entertainment at a low price. Warner, $2
