Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: 1999 was a strong year for movies, but even among that crop, Magnolia stands out as one of the best. It's a lovely and lyrical piece that works well despite its lack of a plot and its very long running time. The Blu-ray offers excellent picture, good sound and a few interesting supplements.
