61. Gridiron Gang (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If you expect anything new or exciting from Gridiron Gang, you’ll leave it disappointed. The film follows a relentlessly predictable path that does nothing to inspire or excite. Starring The Rock, Xzibit. Sony, $28.95, 1/16/2007.

62. The Darkest Hour [Blu-Ray] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though it looked like it could’ve been a good take on the alien invasion theme, The Darkest Hour instead ends up as a fairly dull experience. It throws out a smattering of thrills but feels too derivative and stale to prosper. The Blu-ray comes with erratic visuals, very good audio and a generally useful set of supplements. If you’re a huge fan of the ge

64. The Great Buck Howard (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While it suffers from one bad casting choice and some pacing issues, The Great Buck Howard succeeds for one simple reason: it’s fun. It boasts a mostly great cast and keeps us engaged during its amusing ride ... Howard turns into a charming and enjoyable flick. Starring John Malkovich, Colin Hanks. Magnolia, $26.98, 7/14/2009.

65. Ransom: Special Edition (1996)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I remembered it as a dud, Ransom actually presents a reasonably exciting and spunky little thriller. It suffers from a mix of modest flaws but seems generally entertaining and engaging. Unfortunately, the DVD simply rehashes an old non-anamorphic transfer that comes riddled with a variety of problems. Starring Mel Gibson, Rene Russo. Buena Vista

66. The Last House on the Left [Blu-Ray] (1972)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The Blu-ray provides awful picture and mediocre audio, both of which were affected by the film’s bargain basement nature. We do find a nice collection of supplements, though, one that amasses all the components from both of the prior DVD releases. This is the best release of the flick due to its somewhat stronger audio and its more complete set of extras

67. National Treasure (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Jerry Bruckheimer may make fairly brainless action flicks, but they usually deliver what they promise and offer quality light entertainment. Despite the usual strong production values and a particularly distinctive plot, National Treasure presents an extremely ordinary movie. It’s one of those films that does little more than divert our attention mildly

69. National Treasure: Collector's Edition (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since Treasure does little for me as a film, I find it tough to recommend it to new viewers, and I also can’t advise existing fans to grab this two-disc Collector’s Edition – at least not if they already own the original 2005 DVD. This one adds a few decent extras, but they’re not nearly enough to warrant a repurchase, especially since both releases offe

70. Jason X (2001)
Reviewed by Blake Kenny: It’s a good rental for a night of frightening fun, but only serious fans should consider taking this DVD home for good. The bottom line is – it’s a great DVD, but a mediocre movie.
