- 151. Blade Runner: The Final Cut (2-Disc Special Edition) (1982)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Without question, Blade Runner is a movie that belongs in your collection, and if you already own the vastly inferior 1997 DVD, you should chuck it out the window and upgrade to this “Final Cut” set immediately. The only question becomes which 2007 Blade Runner package is for you. In addition to this 2-disc release, you can find both four-disc and five-d

- 152. Toy Story: 10th Anniversary Edition (1995)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If you don’t own an earlier incarnation of Toy Story on DVD, I strongly recommend that you snag this 10th Anniversary release. In addition, if you have the old “movie-only” package, you might want to upgrade here to check out the informative supplements ... - 153. E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial - Ultimate Gift Set (1982 & 2002)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since I recommend some version of E.T. to everyone, the question becomes which one to get. Frankly, I think the standard two-DVD set makes the most sense for the majority of folks. It provides both versions of the movie and also tosses in many of the bigger package’s extras.

- 154. Blade Runner: 4-Disc Collector's Edition (1982)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: That leaves the debate between the two-disc and four-disc releases. Both have their merits, especially since its $20.99 MSRP makes the two-disc set the bargain of the year. But I think this four-disc version will be the one preferred by most fans. At $34.99, it remains reasonably priced, and it packs in more than enough good extras to make it worthwhile.

- 155. Blade Runner: 5-Disc Ultimate Collector's Edition (1982)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I’m glad I got the UCE, as I think it’s a nice set, and I’m enough of a completist that it was worth it to me. However, it’s just too damned expensive to be worthwhile for most people. The fifth DVD is the only real attraction, as the non-disc-based materials are a bit of a joke. Is it worth an extra $44 for one DVD and some cheap toys? For 99 percent of
