22. Halloween II: Collector's Edition [Blu-Ray] (1981)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a sequel, Halloween II feels competent at best. It doesn’t extend the original in a particularly satisfying manner, though, so it ends up as a forgettable rehash. Starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Donald Pleasence. Shout, $19.99, 9/18/2012.

23. The Fog (1980)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While overshadowed by some of John Carpenter’s better-known creations, The Fog nonetheless provides a reasonably compelling and creepy experience.

24. Scream Queens: The Complete First Season (2015)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A horror series with its tongue firmly in its cheek, Scream Queens delivers a mostly delightful affair. Sure, the story makes little sense, but it prompts enough laughs and insanity to keep us with it. Starring Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis. Fox, $29.98, 12/6/2016.

25. Trading Places [Blu-Ray] (1983)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: More than 30 years after its initial release, Trading Places remains a reasonably charming and amusing piece of work. While the flick doesn’t excel at much, it maintains a nice sense of lightness and humor that allows it to succeed. Starring Dan Aykroyd, Eddie Murphy. Paramount, $14.99, 6/3/2008.

28. Trading Places: "Looking Good, Feeling Good" Edition (1983)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I like Places and recommend it. If you don’t own the DVD already, definitely go for this new “Looking Good, Feeling Good” edition. However, if you do have the 2002 release, only “upgrade” if you want to get the extras. Both visuals and audio seem very similar for the two discs, so you won’t find improvements in those domains. The new supplements are fun,

29. Knives Out [4K UHD] (2019)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A somewhat unconventional take on the murder mystery genre, Knives Out provides a smart, clever tale. It comes with more than enough twists and turns to keep us invested across its 130 minutes. Starring Daniel Craig, Ana de Armas. Lionsgate, $19.99, 2/25/2020.

30. Beverly Hills Chihuahua (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a broad collection of adorable pups, Beverly Hills Chihuahua occasionally delights the dog-lover in me. However, even as sweet as these pooches are, they’re not enough to make this flick anything more than mediocre family entertainment ... Hills doesn’t become a painful viewing experience, but it lacks much to make it memorable. Starring Drew Barrym
