32. Cop Land: Miramax Collector's Series (1997)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Somewhat overwrought but generally compelling, Cop Land enjoys an excellent cast and an intriguing concept. It plods at times and goes off onto too many diversions, the movie nonetheless comes across as mostly engaging and well made. Starring Sylvester Stallone, Robert De Niro. Miramax, $19.99, 6/1/2004.

34. Rocky III: Ultimate Knockout Collection [4K UHD] (1982)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Rocky III offers a good climactic fight scene and a nicely brutal performance from Mr. T, but otherwise it seems mechanical and empty. No signs of the original charm and warmth exist at this point, and the result delivers a sequel that connects to the first film in name alone. Starring Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire. Warner, $119.99, 7/16/2024.

36. Rocky II: Ultimate Knockout Collection [4K UHD] (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While Rocky II offers a fairly entertaining piece of fluff, it lacks any form of depth or drama. It simply represents a happier version of the first movie. Starring Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire. Warner, $119.99, 7/16/2024.

38. Cliffhanger: Superbit (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: And that’s why I continue to recommend the special edition of Cliffhanger over the Superbit release. The latter doesn’t seem to improve upon the former’s picture and audio. The Superbit also costs $12 more and loses a fine roster of extras. Stick with the special edition instead of the Superbit disc. Starring Sylvester Stallone, John Lithgow. Columbia Tr

39. Escape Plan: The Extractors [Blu-ray] (2019)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although the original Escape Plan seemed mediocre, it worked a lot better than its sequels. Escape Plan: The Extractors follows in its predecessor’s footsteps and becomes a boring excuse for an action film. Starring Sylvester Stallone, Dave Bautista. Lionsgate, $24.99, 7/2/2019.

40. Rocky II: The Undisputed Collection [Blu-Ray] (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A nice mix of extras certainly would have made Rocky II more appealing, as the movie itself didn’t do much for me. Oh, it’s a fairly entertaining piece of fluff, but it lacks any form of depth or drama. All it represents is a happier version of the first movie. The Blu-ray provides positive sound but comes with a dirty transfer and virtually no extras. S
