61. The Space Between Us [Blu-Ray] (2017)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Sappy and silly, The Space Between Us embraces every cliché it can find. While a few elements threaten to prosper, the movie wallows in cheese and melodrama. Starring Gary Oldman, Asa Butterfield. Universal, $34.98, 5/16/2017.

63. Sherlock Holmes (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Sherlock Holmes provides an effective updating of an old, legendary character. While this may rub some fans the wrong way, I like the film and think it gives us an exciting, entertaining experience. The DVD offers generally good picture and excellent audio but skimps on supplements. Nonetheless, I recommend the movie and think it’s a blast. Starring Robe

64. Bullets Or Ballots (1936)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While not the most creative gangster movie ever made, Bullets or Ballots at least manages to remain quite entertaining. It holds up quite well after 70 years and creates an interesting view of a particular criminal element. Starring Edward G. Robinson, Humphrey Bogart. Warner, $19.97, 7/18/2006.

66. Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope [4K UHD] (1977)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I adored Star Wars as a kid and I’ve yet to find any reason to change that opinion. This version of the film presents more than a few alterations to the original movie, but it still provides the same excitement and freshness that made it a winner 43 years ago. Starring Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford. Disney, $39.99, 3/31/2020.

67. House of the Dragon: The Complete Second Season [4K UHD] (2024)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After Season One left me largely unenthused, I didn’t expect much from Season Two House of the Dragon. To my pleasant surprise, it delivered a generally involving and dramatic package of shows. Starring Olivia Cooke, Matt Smith. Warner, $49.95, 11/19/2024.

68. The Princess And The Frog [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With The Princess and the Frog, Disney comes back to traditional animation for the first time in years. I wish I could regard this as a Triumphant Return, but instead, it’s just a Pretty Decent Return. The film entertains well enough, but it lacks real magic. The Blu-ray provides excellent visuals, very nice audio and a good roster of extras highlighted

69. Star Trek: Generations [Blu-Ray] (1994)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Many others feel differently, but I really like Star Trek: Generations. It provides a thoughtful and lively tale that manifests greater depth than the average space opera. Starring Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes. Paramount, $21.99, 4/30/2013.

70. Star Wars Complete Saga: Bonus Material [Blu-Ray] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: ... That said, I don’t want to negate the overall high quality of this set. One can quibble with certain choices – many have and many will – but I feel pretty satisfied with “The Complete Saga”. It packages all six Star Wars movies in one place for a reasonable price and makes them look and sound awfully good most of the time. Add to that a slew of inter
