11. Kingdom Of Heaven (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Kingdom of Heaven feels like it should come with one of those “if you like X, then you’ll love Y” ad campaigns. The movie shows its Gladiator influences heavily, though it doesn’t succeed to the same degree. Heaven has some good battle sequences but fails to offer much else to make it intriguing. Starring Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson. Fox, $29.98, 10/11/20

12. Cold Mountain [Blu-Ray] (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I can’t say that I felt surprised that I didn’t think much of Cold Mountain, since I didn’t care for the same director’s The English Patient. Since I did enjoy his Talented Mr. Ripley, I figured all wasn’t lost, but Mountain is much closer in spirit and story to Patient, which means it also seems fairly sappy and inane. The Blu-ray offers very good pictu

13. Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire [4K UHD] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The best of the first four films, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was the first one to make me interested to see what happens next. It’s still too long and meanders a bit too much, but it offers better focus and greater drama. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson. Warner, $41.99, 11/7/2017.

15. Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire: Ultimate Edition [Blu-Ray] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If bonus materials matter to you, then the Ultimate Edition will be the way to go. I thought the single-disc Blu-ray lacked extras with much substance, but the UE fixes that with its many good components. Unfortunately, it’s a fairly expensive package, but I expect it’ll be a good investment for the big Potter fans. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson

19. The Raven [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though it comes with an intriguing twist, The Raven does little to surpass other serial killer movies. Except for the quirk of its lead character, the movie seems predictable and “standard issue”. The Blu-ray comes with solid picture quality as well as very good audio and a nice selection of bonus materials. The Blu-ray represents the film well, but the

20. Braveheart [Blu-Ray] (1995)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite my continued bafflement over how Braveheart became an "A"-list title, I acknowledge that it's an entertaining and well-executed movie. The film contains flaws and is far from perfect, but it does a lot right and offers a generally stimulating experience. The Blu-ray provides generally good picture, solid audio, and an interesting complement of su
