181. School Daze: Special Edition (1988)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After the rousing success of his first film, Sheís Gotta Have It, Spike Lee went through his sophomore slump with School Daze. However, despite a number of flaws, the movie has enough going for it to merit a viewing; itís inconsistent but provocative. Starring Laurence Fishburne, Spike Lee. Columbia TriStar, $19.94, 2/1/2005.

182. The Lion King [Blu-Ray] (1994)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: ... The Lion King would earn my recommendation even if the Blu-ray included no supplements. The movie stands as one of Disneyís finest and contains to impress after 17 years. The Blu-ray presents excellent picture and sound; it disappoints in terms of extras, though the materials we find here are all good. It stinks that fans will need to keep their old

183. The Natural: Director's Cut (1984)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I feared The Natural would become another of Barry Levinsonís sickly sentimental stinkers, it avoids the usual traps. Instead, it offers a stirring and engaging fantasy ... This release does justice to a fine film. Starring Robert Redford, Robert Duvall. Sony, $24.94, 4/3/2007.

184. Night At The Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Iíve certainly seen worse sequels than Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, but it remains a disappointment. The movie offers mild excitement/amusement at best; most of the time it seems bland and lifeless. The Blu-ray provides very good picture and audio along with a strong collection of extras highlighted by two interesting commentaries. Thi

185. Bamboozled: Criterion Collection [Blu-Ray] (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While not Spike Leeís best film, Bamboozled becomes one of his most thought-provoking. This satirical offering takes a vicious look at racism in entertainment and other areas, and though it suffers from inconsistency, itís still a compelling program. Starring Damon Wayans, Savion Glover. Criterion, $39.95, 3/24/2020.

186. Alien Resurrection: Alien Anthology [Blu-Ray] (1997)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Lots of people hate Alien Resurrection, but I think it presents a generally successful tale. The movie achieves something different and furthers the Alien saga in a satisfying and intriguing manner; itís the worst of the four, but itís still worthwhile. The Blu-ray offers very good audio and some interesting supplements, but picture quality seems mediocr

187. Night At The Museum: Special Edition (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fans can buy Museum in two flavors: this two-disc Special Edition and a single DVD version. The latter offers this packageís first disc on its own. The SE retails for $5 more than the simpler set, and I think itís worth it. If you donít care about supplements, donít bother, but if they interest you, drop a few extra bucks and enjoy all the nice materials
