21. The Amazing Spider-Man [Blu-Ray 3D] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After three mostly fine movies between 2002 and 2007, I hoped 2012’s Amazing Spider-Man would develop the series in equally positive manner. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. While the earlier series did almost everything right, Amazing gets almost everything wrong and feels disconnected from the world of Spider-Man. Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone

23. Harry Potter Wizard's Collection [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: However, if you love the Potter films enough that you’re willing to spend hundreds of dollars for this box, chances are good that you already own the individual releases, so you’d be forced to repurchase most or all of those. That leaves the “Wizard’s Collection” with an exceedingly limited potential audience: Potter megafans with ample funds who didn’t

24. Gangster Squad [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With an excellent cast and an interesting premise, Gangster Squad boasted much potential – and it occasionally satisfies. However, it’s an inconsistent film that only sporadically involves the viewer, and it peters out as it goes. The Blu-ray brings up very good picture, audio and supplements. This is a strong release but the movie itself remains spotty.

25. Magic in the Moonlight [Blu-Ray] (2014)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With 2014’s Magic in the Moonlight, we find average Woody Allen. While it works better than his lesser efforts, it never becomes anything special. Starring Colin Firth, Emma Stone. Sony, $19.99, 12/16/2014.

26. Irrational Man [Blu-Ray] (2015)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While Woody Allen still produces the occasional winner, a lot of his 21st century movies flop, and Irrational Man becomes one of his less successful efforts. It doesn’t sink to the depths of his worst work, but it comes with too many flaws to be worthwhile. Starring Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone. Sony, $34.99, 1/12/2016.

27. The Croods [Blu-Ray 3D] (2013)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though it reinvents no wheels, The Croods provides an enjoyable animated adventure. It comes with enough amusement and cleverness to turn into a likable piece. Starring Nicolas Cage, Emma Stone. DreamWorks, $39.99, 10/1/2013.

30. Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban: Ultimate Edition [Blu-Ray] (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As for the Blu-ray, it provides exceptional visuals and very good audio, and the supplements add nice value to the set. This Ultimate Edition becomes unquestionably the best release of Prisoner, though it comes with a price; the UE runs exactly twice the MSRP of the standard Blu-ray. While I like this package, I suspect most fans will be happy enough wit
