31. Crazy, Stupid, Love [Blu-Ray] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Crazy, Stupid, Love takes an excellent cast and puts them to decent use. However, it runs too long and involves too muddled a story to really succeed; it’s entertaining but flawed. The Blu-ray comes with reasonably good picture and audio but skimps on supplements. This makes for passable date night fare. Starring Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling. Warner, $35.9

32. The Help [Blu-Ray] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Simplistic but occasionally moving, The Help lacks consistency. When it works, it does so due to fine acting, but the performers can’t overcome the script’s lack of nuance and the tale’s attempts to create one-dimensional characters. The Blu-ray provides fairly average picture, audio and supplements. This is a sporadic effective movie but not a great one

33. Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban [4K UHD] (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, we get a film with a lot of similarities to its two predecessors. Nothing here will turn off established fans, but nothing will entice non-partisans to embrace the Potter franchise. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson. Warner, $41.99, 11/7/2017.

34. Ghosts of Girlfriends Past [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: In the category of rom-coms, you can do worse than Ghosts of Girlfriends Past - and you could also do better. The film features a good cast and a few amusing moments, but usually it feels too predictable and uninspired to become a winning product. Starring Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Garner. Warner, $14.98, 9/22/2009.

35. The Croods [Blu-Ray] (2013)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though it reinvents no wheels, The Croods provides an enjoyable animated adventure. It comes with enough amusement and cleverness to turn into a likable piece. The Blu-ray boasts excellent picture and audio along with a mediocre set of supplements. The lack of substantial bonus features disappoints, but the movie merits a look. Starring Nicolas Cage, Emm

36. Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire: Ultimate Edition [Blu-Ray] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If bonus materials matter to you, then the Ultimate Edition will be the way to go. I thought the single-disc Blu-ray lacked extras with much substance, but the UE fixes that with its many good components. Unfortunately, it’s a fairly expensive package, but I expect it’ll be a good investment for the big Potter fans. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson

38. The House Bunny (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Random and pointless, The House Bunny boasts a marginally clever concept but comes with no other positives. The film does little more than steal from other flicks, and it never ties together these elements in an amusing or satisfying manner ... Because I expected little from it, I can’t call Bunny itself a disappointment, but I can say that it’s forgetta

39. Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix [Blu-Ray] (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: TMy favorite of the first six films, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix proves to be very satisfying. It delivers quality drama and action while it also moves along the main narrative well. The Blu-ray boasts excellent picture and audio. Supplements don’t dazzle, but they improve on the DVD’s bonus features. Across the board, this is a nice upgrad

40. Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 [Blu-Ray] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 10 years and eight movies, the massively successful franchise comes to a close with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2. And it does so in spectacular fashion with a film that seems likely to be viewed as the best of the bunch. The Blu-ray offers good picture, awesome audio and a reasonably informative set of supplements. This is a must-o
