51. Kung Fu Panda 2: Ultimate Edition of Awesomeness (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With Kung Fu Panda 2, we find a film that improves on its predecessor. Funnier, smarter and more engaging, the sequel works pretty well. Starring Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman. DreamWorks, $14.98, 1/5/2016.

52. Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban [4K UHD] (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, we get a film with a lot of similarities to its two predecessors. Nothing here will turn off established fans, but nothing will entice non-partisans to embrace the Potter franchise. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson. Warner, $41.99, 11/7/2017.

53. Hannibal (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a DVD, Hannibal seems like a good piece of work. Too bad the movie itself falters so badly.

54. Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix [Blu-Ray] (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: TMy favorite of the first six films, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix proves to be very satisfying. It delivers quality drama and action while it also moves along the main narrative well. The Blu-ray boasts excellent picture and audio. Supplements don’t dazzle, but they improve on the DVD’s bonus features. Across the board, this is a nice upgrad

55. JFK: Special Edition (Oliver Stone Collection) (1991)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Ultimately, I have to recommend JFK just because it’s such a strong film, but I urge you to check out other sources of material on the assassination and not just accept Stone’s blather without question. Starring Kevin Costner,Kevin Bacon. Warner, $24.98, 2/6/2001.

56. JFK: 50 Year Commemorative Ultimate Collector's Edition [Blu-Ray] (1991)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Oliver Stone has yet to make a better film than 1991’s JFK. However, Stone abuses his power so egregiously that I have a difficult time appreciating JFK because it’s such a load of hooey. Starring Kevin Costner,Kevin Bacon. Warner, $59.99, 11/12/2013.

57. The Fifth Element [Blu-Ray 4K] (1997)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 18 years and a bunch of screenings, I continue to find The Fifth Element to provide a funny, exciting and lively experience. The movie packed in more inventiveness than 10 standard flicks combined, and it did so with flair, panache, and class. Starring Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich. Sony, $19.98, 10/27/2015.

59. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy [Blu-Ray] (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While not the world’s most accessible project, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy offers a good mini-series for viewers willing to invest in it. The shows take on a complex story and tell it well. Unfortunately, the Blu-ray provides flawed visuals as well as average audio and supplements. I like the series but think this is a mediocre product. Starring Alec Guine

60. Leon: The Professional (1994)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although the lack of significant extras keeps Leon from the ranks of the great DVDs, it possesses the most important component: a terrific movie. The film effectively combines hard-hitting action with moving drama to create an indelible piece of work that seems very effective. Starring Jean Reno, Natalie Portman. Columbia, $29.95, 10/3/2000.
