21. South Park: Imaginationland (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I like Imaginationland, but I don’t know how ardently I can recommend this DVD. Patient fans will get the three-part episode when Season 11 hits DVD – but it might not be the same. This disc presents a slightly longer and “uncensored” cut of the show, whereas the S11 set might only give us the broadcast version and it might omit the supplements. If I wer

22. South Park: Christmas Time In South Park (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While the shows can be hit or miss, Christmas Time in South Park offers a nice collection of holiday episodes. It features all of the series’ Christmas shows to date, which makes it a good “all in one” package ... Fans who already own the season sets won’t have any use for this one, but if you want a sampler of South Park holiday shows, this DVD makes se

23. South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut [Blu-Ray] (1999)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If you just care about watching the movie, you’re probably fine with the prior DVD; the Blu-ray doesn’t exactly excel in terms of visuals or sound. However, it’s still solid in both departments, and the audio commentary definitely adds value. Created by Trey Parker, Matt Stone. Paramount, $29.99, 10/13/2009.

24. South Park: The Cult Of Cartman - Revelations (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Like many folks, I’m awfully fond of South Park’s most abrasive character, so I’m happy to see him at the forefront of The Cult of Cartman. The package gives us 12 episodes with Cartman at the center. Most fare well, as only a couple of minor duds emerge ... Most fans will probably already have the episodes elsewhere – except for the three Season 12 prog

25. South Park: The Complete Seventh Season (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since four of its first five episodes were excellent, I hoped Season Seven of South Park would be the series’ best. It might well be, but the rest of the year suffers from the show’s usual ups and downs; for each fine episode, we find a relative dud. Nonetheless, the series enjoys some of its peaks here ... There’s a lot of nice material in this set, so

26. South Park: The Complete Sixth Season (2002)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Season Six of South Park follows the series’ usual MO: inconsistent but worth the effort. A handful of episodes are duds, but most offer at least enough good material to deserve a look, and a few genuine classics appear. Paramount, $49.99, 10/11/2005.

27. South Park: The Complete Eighth Season (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should you expect the best of South Park during its eighth season? No – the pressure to make Team America at the same time clearly sapped energy and creativity. Does that mean the year’s a bust? No – despite a few more clunkers and easy targets than I’d like, there’s still a lot of good material on display here ... I can’t endorse Season Eight of South P

28. South Park: The Complete Ninth Season (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Like virtually all South Park packages, this Season Nine set includes a mix of winners and stinkers. Actually, there aren’t many true duds in the bunch, so it maintains a balance on the positive side of that ledger. The shows are usually entertaining and amusing ... I believe I’ve recommended all eight of its predecessors, so here’s another endorsement:

29. South Park: The Hits - Volume I (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite its title of The Hits, I think this South Park collection includes a fair number of misses. At its best, we get some truly inspired episodes, but a fair number of them are lackluster. This makes the set awfully uneven, as does the fact that nothing from the series’ first three seasons appears here. Paramount, $26.98, 10/3/2006.

30. South Park: The Complete Fifth Season (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: South Park continues to entertain through the 14 shows of Season Five. Inevitably, some duds appear, but a lot of strong episodes pop up as well to make this a generally positive year. Paramount, $49.99, 2/22/2005.
