21. Clerks II (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: An awkward combination of broad gross-out material and sappy sentimentality, Clerks II fails to live up to its predecessor. Though better produced in every way, it’s not 1/10th as clever or involving as the original, especially when it becomes way too melodramatic and like a soap opera. Starring Brian O'Halloran, Jeff Anderson. Weinstein Company, $29.95,

22. 13 Going On 30 [Blu-Ray] (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: No one will confuse 13 Going On 30 with a classic like Big, but it certainly fares better than most flicks in the genre. It succeeds largely due to an excellent cast, and unobtrusive direction keeps it simple and satisfying. Starring Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo. Sony, $19.99, 1/20/2009.

23. 13 Going On 30: Fun & Flirty Edition (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: This “Fun and Flirty Edition” on 13 Going on 30 is one of the oddest DVD reissues I’ve seen. It does nothing to improve the moderately mediocre picture and sound of the original version, and it drops that disc’s best extras in favor of some less-than-stellar new pieces. If you like 13, stick with the prior DVD; it’s the best version of the film to own. S

26. Ice Age: Collision Course [Blu-Ray] (2016)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should one expect anything new and fresh from Ice Age: Collision Course? No – the franchise’s fifth entry feels stale and lacks much entertainment value. Starring Ray Romano, John Leguizamo. Fox, $19.99, 10/11/2016.

27. How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days (2003)
Reviewed by David Williams: Let me break it down real simple - How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days is cut from the same cloth as 99.999% of all other romantic comedies in the last 5 years. It offers nothing new to the genre and if you have found yourself enjoying any Hugh Grant/Sandra Bullock/Jennifer Lopez vehicle of late, you’ll enjoy How To Lose. Starring Matthew McConaughey, Kate Huds

28. South Park: The Complete Fourteenth Season [Blu-Ray] (2010)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After a fairly mediocre Season 13, South Park bounces back with a more consistent Season 14. Sure, we still get some relative clunkers – especially during the weaker second half of the year – but I still think S14 works pretty well as a whole. The Blu-ray boasts excellent visuals and good audio but it skimps on supplements; other than the fun “mini-comme

29. South Park: The Complete Seventh Season (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since four of its first five episodes were excellent, I hoped Season Seven of South Park would be the series’ best. It might well be, but the rest of the year suffers from the show’s usual ups and downs; for each fine episode, we find a relative dud. Nonetheless, the series enjoys some of its peaks here ... There’s a lot of nice material in this set, so

30. South Park: The Hits - Volume I (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite its title of The Hits, I think this South Park collection includes a fair number of misses. At its best, we get some truly inspired episodes, but a fair number of them are lackluster. This makes the set awfully uneven, as does the fact that nothing from the series’ first three seasons appears here. Paramount, $26.98, 10/3/2006.
