21. The Fox And The Hound (1981)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I genuinely like Disney animation, and I consider myself enough of a fan that I want to own each of their films on laserdisc or DVD. That is the only reason why The Fox and the Hound will remain in my collection. It's not a terrible movie but it seems to accurately represent the malaise felt at Disney for quite a few years; it's watchable and occasionall

23. Breakfast At Tiffany's: Anniversary Edition (1961)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Frankly, I can’t see why Breakfast at Tiffany’s ever turned into a classic. The movie offers strange casting choices, a thin story and an erratic tone. None of this makes it very involving or entertaining. Starring Audrey Hepburn, George Peppard. Paramount, $19.99, 2/7/2006.

24. Breakfast At Tiffany's: The Centennial Collection (1961)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fans who don’t own the 2006 “Anniversary Collection” DVD will want to get this “Centennial Collection Edition”; both provide the same picture and audio, but the CC adds a few more extras. I don’t think the CC deserves a double-dip for viewers who already possess the prior disc, though. The new supplements aren’t particularly special. Starring Audrey Hepb

25. Rudolph And Frosty's Christmas In July (Classic Christmas Favorites) (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While arguably the most ambitious of the Rankin-Bass specials, Rudolph and Frosty’s Christmas in July doesn’t stand up as one of the best. Indeed, its long running time makes it slow and ponderous, as it lacks much inspiration or cleverness. The DVD suffers from poor picture and audio; it also fails to provide notable supplements. Even if you like the sh

26. Mulan Movie Collection: Collector Set (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: When it comes to recommendations for this Mulan/Mulan II double-package, I think it’s a good buy for fans who don’t have the movies already. That goes for folks who are primarily interested in the original Mulan and may not really care about the sequel. Disney, $34.99, 8/12/2008.

27. It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World boasts an astonishing cast and actually manages to use them well. Though the wacky romp sputters on occasion, it usually delights and amuses. The DVD provides above average picture and audio, but it comes with no extras. This is a fun ride. Starring Spencer Tracy, Milton Berle. MGM, $14.95, 10/7/2003.

28. The Wizard Of Oz [Blu-Ray] (1939)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a list price of almost $85, the Oz Blu-ray doesn’t come cheap. I think big-time fans of the film will want to shell out for it, but those with less intense interest may want to wait for the inevitable Less Super-Duper Edition. If you’re willing to drop some serious coin, though, I think you’ll be happy with this package. Starring Judy Garland. Warne

29. The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride (Special Edition) (1998)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Lion King II: Simba's Pride is exactly the kind of film Disney's critics have long accused them of making. It's flat, uninspired and by-the-numbers. While it's perfectly competent and professional, it almost completely lacks any spark and fails to entertain even a big Lion King fan like myself. Starring Matthew Broderick, Neve Campbell. Disney, $29.99, 8

30. You've Got Mail [Blu-Ray] (1998)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Despite its box office success, 1998’s You’ve Got Mail marked the on-screen partnership of Nora Ephron, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. For that, I’m eternally grateful, as their efforts proved to be consistently poor. Mail suffers from too much cuteness and not enough wit or entertainment. The Blu-ray provides good picture quality, mediocre audio and a pretty s
