2. Prince: Diamonds And Pearls (1992)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Diamonds and Pearls remains average Prince, so this Diamonds and Pearls Video Collection only occasionally shines. It includes a few good nuggets and a lot of mediocrity. Starring Prince. Warner, $19.99, 8/22/2006.

3. Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though I initially found Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to be a weak entry in the series, a second viewing better revealed its charms. While the movie suffers from some issues that stem from its place in the chronology, it still manages to create fairly good drama. The Blu-ray offers amazing visuals, very strong audio and a generally interesting

5. Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince: Ultimate Edition [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Since the original Blu-ray looked and sounded great, the Ultimate Edition doesn’t improve on it in that department, but it adds a few nice bonus materials. It’s pricey but it’s a quality release that will please serious Potter fans. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson. Warner, $49.99, 6/14/2011.

6. Prince: Live at the Aladdin, Las Vegas (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As with most Prince releases over the last decade, Live at the Aladdin Las Vegas presents a frustrating hodgepodge. It taunts us with hints of his talents but undermines those positives with the meandering self-indulgence that mars most of his modern work. Starring Prince. Universal, $19.98, 8/19/2003.

8. Prince: Sign O' The Times (1987)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Is there anything bad to say about Sign ‘o’ the Times? As I mentioned earlier, I’m not wild about the interstitials, but I don’t really mind them. Even if they sucked, the insanely high quality of the live footage more than makes up for them. Concert films simply don’t get better than this stunning piece of work. Starring Prince. Alliance/Universal, $28.

9. Prince: Under The Cherry Moon (1986)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Under the Cherry Moon is nothing more than a misbegotten vanity project. It soothes the raging ego that was Prince in the mid-Eighties and fails to entertain, amuse or move. Starring Prince. Warner, $19.99, 8/24/2004.

10. Purple Rain: 20th Anniversary Special Edition (1984)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A career-making success, Purple Rain seemed great in 1984 but now comes across as dated and fairly silly. The performance scenes still rock, and a few glimmers of good moments appear due to the banter of Morris Day and Jerome Benton, but otherwise the flick’s something of an amateurish mess. Starring Prince, Morris Day. Warner, $26.99, 8/24/2004.
