161. From Russia With Love: Ultimate Edition (1963)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should folks who already own the prior release pursue this Ultimate Edition? Yes, because it presents improvements in terms of picture and audio quality. Only a few new extras appear here, and they don’t add much. The superior visuals and sound make this a must have, though. Starring Sean Connery, Daniela Bianchi. MGM, $89.98, 12/12/2006.

162. Independence Day [4K UHD] (1996)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Many folks dislike Independence Day and hold it up as an example of all that's wrong with big-budget, brainless action flicks. To those people I say this: relax! Take fun and exciting movies like this for what they are and save the brainpower for your next perusal of Dostoyevsky. Starring Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum. Fox, $14.99, 6/13/2017.

163. Transformers: Age of Extinction [Blu-Ray] (2014)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Going into the fourth film in the franchise, fans know what to expect from Transformers: Age of Extinction. Even with new protagonists, the movie follows the formula established in the first three flicks, and that means we get another sporadically exciting but often tedious experience. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Kelsey Grammer. Paramount, $14.99, 9/30/201

164. Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith [4K UHD] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: How history will view the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy remains to be seen. However, it seems likely that Revenge of the Sith will go down as the strongest of the three. While it suffers from some of the same flaws that marred its two predecessors, it packs much more of an emotional wallop and ends the series well. Starring Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman. Di

165. Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines [Blu-Ray] (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a film, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines didn’t make me forget the glories of its predecessors. However, it rose to the occasion fairly well and seemed significantly more compelling and enjoyable than anyone had a right to expect. The Blu-ray presents decent but unexceptional picture with excellent audio and a very nice package of extras. A well-exe

166. Night At The Museum: Special Edition (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fans can buy Museum in two flavors: this two-disc Special Edition and a single DVD version. The latter offers this package’s first disc on its own. The SE retails for $5 more than the simpler set, and I think it’s worth it. If you don’t care about supplements, don’t bother, but if they interest you, drop a few extra bucks and enjoy all the nice materials

167. A Clockwork Orange: Anniversary Edition [Blu-Ray] (1971)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 40 years, A Clockwork Orange remains an amazing and powerful film. I continue to feel wholeheartedly that it was easily Stanley Kubrick’s best work. The Blu-ray offers good picture, audio and extras. This is the best release of the film to date. Starring Malcolm McDowell, Patrick Magee. Warner, $34.99, 5/31/2011.

Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 36 years, A Clockwork Orange remains an amazing and powerful film. I continue to feel wholeheartedly that it was easily Stanley Kubrick’s best work. The DVD offers very good picture, audio and extras. This is the best DVD representation of my favorite Kubrick flick, and I think it’s a very worthwhile purchase. 169. The Bourne Supremacy (2004)
Reviewed by Brian Ludovico: As a film, Supremacy is a superb thriller, even if it’s a shade shy of living up to its predecessor. The film injects the espionage thriller genre with a fresh, original concept without getting all XXX, throwing a bunch of hip alternative music onto a soundtrack and putting a rap star in a cameo. Though it sometimes feels a little overstuffed, it’s fanta

Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The movie showed no signs of inspiration and came across as a limp remake of the original.
