11. Blade Runner 2049 [Blu-Ray] (2017)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: 35 years after the original film, Blade Runner 2049 gives us a follow-up that often fizzles. While I admire the movie’s ambition and visual panache, the movie runs far too long and seems much slow-paced. Starring Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford. Warner, $35.99, 1/16/2018.

12. Gangster Squad [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With an excellent cast and an interesting premise, Gangster Squad boasted much potential – and it occasionally satisfies. However, it’s an inconsistent film that only sporadically involves the viewer, and it peters out as it goes. The Blu-ray brings up very good picture, audio and supplements. This is a strong release but the movie itself remains spotty.

13. Remember The Titans [Blu-Ray] (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While Remember the Titans reinvents no wheels, it proves to be a spirited and energetic look at integration and race relations in the early Seventies. Some misrepresentations of my home area put me off, but even so, I think the movie becomes fun and compelling. Starring Denzel Washington, Will Patton. Disney, $14.99, 9/6/2007.

14. Remember The Titans (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As is usually the case with films from producer Jerry Bruckheimer, Remember the Titans reinvents no wheels and will win no prizes for originality, but in its execution, it proves to be a spirited and energetic look at integration and race relations in the early Seventies. I was put off by some misrepresentations of my home area, but even so, I enjoyed th

15. Remember The Titans: Director's Cut (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The DVD provides fairly solid picture and sound with a few decent extras. Unfortunately, it drops the best supplements from the original DVD. Because of that, I recommend fans skip this “Director’s Cut” release and stick with the old DVD. It’s the most satisfying way to watch the movie. Starring Denzel Washington, Will Patton. Disney, $19.99, 3/14/2006.

18. Toy Story 3 [4K UHD] (2010)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Does Toy Story 3 equal the delights found in its two predecessors? Pretty much – I still prefer the first two flicks, but I think this one offers a terrific experience that does not disappoint. Starring Tom Hanks, Tim Allen. Disney, $39.99, 6/4/2019.
