161. An American Werewolf in London: Collector's Edition [4K UHD] (1981)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While it does not match up with classic horror films, An American Werewolf In London still provides a nicely entertaining combination of scares and laughs. The movie combines two genres into a fairly effective package that still works well after more than four decades. Starring David Naughton, Griffin Dunne. Arrow, $59.95, 3/15/2022.

162. The Great Raid: Collector's Series (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Stiff and uninspired, The Great Raid has the right motives but lacks the heart to succeed. It suffers from dreary storytelling and a general absence of passion. This makes it shockingly inert for a movie with so much potential for power. Starring Benjamin Bratt, James Franco. Fox, $39.99, 12/20/2005.

163. The Godfather Trilogy: Bonus Material [4K UHD]
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With this 4K UHD package, we get Godfather trilogy in fine form. Two classic films and one mediocre flick combine with excellent bonus materials to turn this into an appealing set. Starring Al Pacino, Marlon Brando. Paramount, $89.99, 3/22/2022.

164. King Kong: Special Edition (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though the movie sags during its first act, the excitement and thrills of the subsequent two hours make up for its flaws. The DVD offers virtually flawless picture and audio along with a nice set of informative extras. I definitely recommend Kong and think this two-DVD Special Edition stands as its best current iteration. Starring Naomi Watts, Jack Black

165. Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows - Part 2 [4K UHD] (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 10 years and eight movies, the massively successful franchise comes to a close with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2. And it does so in spectacular fashion with a film that seems likely to be viewed as the best of the bunch. Starring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson. Warner, $41.99, 3/28/2017.

166. Freaks And Geeks: The Complete Series (1999)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: In the annals of late, great lost TV treasures, Freaks and Geeks might go down as the best. Impeccably acted, tightly written and directed, and terrifically entertaining, the series died before its time. Created by Paul Feig. Shout Factory, $69.98, 4/6/2004.

167. Jurassic Park: Ultimate Trilogy [Blu-Ray] (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After 18 years, Jurassic Park remains a terrific adventure. No, the effects don’t dazzle like they did in 1993, but the action still delights and the movie continues to be a blast. The Blu-ray offers top-notch audio as well as very good picture and supplements. This turns into a solid presentation for a fun flick. Starring Sam Neill, Laura Dern. Universa

169. Cast Away (2000)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If there’s anything terribly negative to say about the DVD release of Cast Away, I can’t think of it. The movie itself was a surprisingly exciting, moving and compelling affair that benefited from a top-notch performance by Tom Hanks. Frankly, acting doesn’t get much better than the work Hanks offers here. Starring Tom Hanks, Helen Hunt. Fox, $29.98, 6/1

170. The Matrix Reloaded [4k UHD] (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: It may not pack the innovative punch of its predecessor, but The Matrix Reloaded creates a powerful flick on its own. Inconsistent but ultimately satisfying, it leaves me wanting more and anxious for the final chapter in the trilogy. Starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne. Warner, $41.99, 10/30/2018.
