- 1. Instant Family [Blu-Ray] (2018)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A mix of comedy and drama, Instant Family comes with good intentions. Unfortunately, it buries these beneath cheap stabs at humor and a general sense of mawkish sentimentality. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Rose Byrne. Paramount, $39.99, 3/5/2019.

- 2. Wicker Park (2004)
-
Reviewed by Brian Ludovico: Not to restate the obvious, but Wicker Park is a terrible movie, made more terrible by its pretentious attempts to be artsy, poignant and suspenseful. This is a failure of the most aggravating magnitude for a movie: it’s not bad enough to be entertaining as a farce, but it’s far from good enough to be remotely interesting. And it has Matt Lillard in it.

- 3. Get Him to the Greek [Blu-Ray] (2010)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A spin-off from Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek never connects like it should. Despite a few funny moments, the movie ultimately feels too long and too devoid of inspiration. Starring Russell Brand, Jonah Hill. Universal, $14.98, 9/28/2010.

- 4. The Meddler (2016)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: When The Meddler works, it does so almost entirely due to its excellent cast. They offer vibrant performances that compensate for the movie’s weaker elements. Starring Susan Sarandon, Rose Byrne. Sony, $25.99, 9/6/2016.

- 5. Jexi [Blu-Ray] (2019)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Ten years after The Hangover established them as a hot property, Scott Moore and Jon Lucas continue to mine the same smutty mine. Via Jexi, they do so with diminishing results, as they produce no laughs in this inane raunchy comedy. Starring Adam Devine, Alexandra Shipp. Lionsgate, $21.99, 1/14/2020.

- 7. 28 Weeks Later [Blu-Ray] (2007)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though I didn’t think much of 28 Days Later, I held out hopes that its sequel would become an interesting piece. Unfortunately, 28 Weeks Later offered a pretty limp and forgettable action flick. Starring Robert Carlyle, Rose Byrne. Fox, $14.98, 10/9/2007.

- 8. Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway [Blu-Ray] (2021)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Because I enjoyed the first movie, I entered Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway with moderately elevated expectations. Though the sequel didn’t live up to those hopes, it still provided reasonable entertainment value. Starring James Corden, Domhnall Gleeson. Sony, $38.99, 8/24/2021.

- 10. Insidious: Chapter 2 [Blu-Ray] (2013)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While not a bad horror film, Insidious: Chapter 2 does little to elevate the franchise or genre. It has some good moments but tends to be too scattered and not especially scary. The Blu-ray provides mostly positive picture and audio along with a roster of moderately informative supplements. I suspect fans of the original will like Chapter 2 but it seems
