- 1. Anonymous [Blu-Ray] (2011)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With Anonymous, Roland Emmerich attempted a more serious film than his usual action fare. Unfortunately, he relied too much on his usual bombastic tendencies and made this a messy, incoherent flop. Starring Rhys Ifans, Vanessa Redgrave. Sony, $19.99, 2/7/2012.

- 2. Howards End [Blu-Ray] (1992)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though well-crafted, Howards End leaves me cold. The movie seems contrived and lacks much real drama. Starring Anthony Hopkins, Emma Thompson. Cohen, $34.99, 12/6/2016.

- 3. Camelot [Blu-Ray Book] (1967)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Camelot came out during the era in which movie musicals waned, and it’s not hard to see why. Long, slow and not very effective, the film offers some lush visuals but lacks consistency or much to make it endearing. The Blu-ray comes with erratic but usually strong visuals and audio as well as a reasonably good roster of bonus materials. Fans of Camelot sh

- 6. Deep Impact: Special Collector's Edition (1998)
-
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As for recommendations, I think Deep Impact is moderately entertaining at best, so I wouldn’t tout it for someone who doesn’t already like the movie. Fans should be fairly pleased with this set, though. Even if you own the prior release, it’s worth an upgrade here. The extras don’t excel, but they provide some insight into the production, and the new tra

- 10. Mission: Impossible - Special Collector's Edition (1996)

Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I like Mission: Impossible enough to give it a subdued recommendation. Fans who own the old disc will probably want to upgrade as well. The audio remains the same on both releases, and the new DVD’s supplements aren’t good enough to merit the repurchase, but the 2006 disc’s picture quality marks a significant enough improvement to make the set worthwhile
