Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fever seems unlikely to convince folks of Kylie’s talents, but her current fans should absolutely love it.

62. Date Night [Blu-Ray] (2010)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While it never reinvents the “fish out of water” wheel, Date Night still proves to be thoroughly entertaining. Much of the credit goes to an excellent cast highlighted by fine performances from Tina Fey and Steve Carell. The Blu-ray gives us decent to good picture and audio as well as a useful, engaging set of supplements. I like this flick and think th

63. Godzilla: Criterion Collection (1954)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Nearly six decades after its release, Godzilla remains a quality monster flick. It boasts more depth than its brethren and succeeds despite a mix of flaws. The DVD provides erratic but acceptable picture and audio as well as a terrific set of supplements. I recommend this fine set, as it brings home Godzilla well. Directed by Ishirô Honda. Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I won’t find much company, but I think Fantasia 2000 provides a more enjoyable experience than its legendary predecessor. 65. The Simpsons: The Complete Ninth Season (1997)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If you want to pinpoint the year when The Simpsons showed a true decline, Season Nine would be the one. Don’t take that as a strong criticism of these 25 shows, as we still find plenty of good laughs on display. However, we find less inspiration and more mediocrity here. Created by Matt Groening. Fox, $49.98, 12/19/2006.

67. Looney Tunes Golden Collection: Volume II (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: For fans of classic animated shorts, the Looney Tunes Golden Collection 2 provides a nice sampler of the material. The caliber of the shorts doesn’t live up to what we saw on Volume One, but a lot of good stuff appears. Warner, $64.92, 11/2/2004.
