111. Some Like It Hot [Blu-Ray] (1959)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a movie, Some Like It Hot has endured quite well over the years. While I can’t endorse the AFI’s decision that it’s the funniest film ever made, I still thought it was witty and well-made as a whole. The Blu-ray offers acceptable but erratic picture and audio along with a nice mix of supplements. The Blu-ray gives us the flick’s best home video reputa

112. Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End - Limited Edition (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The original Pirates of the Caribbean remains the best, but that doesn’t mean At World’s End doesn’t do well for itself. The movie comes with a number of issues but turns into one of those examples of a whole that exceeds the sum total of its parts. Despite some weak storytelling and an excessive running time, it manages to entertain. Starring Johnny Dep

113. Some Like It Hot: Collector's Edition (1959)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I definitely recommend this fun movie, and for those who don’t already own the prior release, the 2006 “Collector’s Edition” is definitely the way to go. I also think it’s worth the upgrade for fans who possess the earlier version. The new supplements aren’t dazzlers, but they’re interesting, and the improved transfer makes this a worthwhile purchase. 114. The Wizard Of Oz [Blu-Ray] (1939)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a list price of almost $85, the Oz Blu-ray doesn’t come cheap. I think big-time fans of the film will want to shell out for it, but those with less intense interest may want to wait for the inevitable Less Super-Duper Edition. If you’re willing to drop some serious coin, though, I think you’ll be happy with this package. Starring Judy Garland. Warne

115. Shane (1953)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Shane offers a very satisfying Western. It's not my favorite example of the genre - I really loved Stagecoach - but it works well overall and provides a compelling experience. The DVD features mediocre picture and audio along with a generally informative commentary. The movie remains a classic, but the DVD has problems. Starring Alan Ladd, Jack Palance.
