101. White House Down [Blu-Ray] (2013)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: No one will mistake White House Down for great cinema, but it doesnít aspire to be anything more than what it is: a big, loud, fun popcorn movie. Down gives us a consistently breezy, exciting adventure despite its intellectual failings. The Blu-ray presents very good picture and terrific audio but lacks especially interesting bonus materials. 102. Dirty Harry [Blu-Ray] (1971)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With 1971ís Dirty Harry, one of the screenís most iconic characters made his debut. I canít say he did so in grand fashion, as Harry doesnít provide stellar filmmaking but it does act as a reasonably compelling action drama. Starring Clint Eastwood, Harry Guardino. Warner, $19.98, 6/3/2008.

103. The Core (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The Core gives us a pretty ordinary disaster flick. The movie boasts a solid cast and an intriguing concept, but it never quite catches fire and involves the viewer. It offers enough excitement to make it acceptably entertaining, but it doesnít do anything more than that. Starring Aaron Eckhart, Delroy Lindo, and Hilary Swank. Paramount, $29.99, 9/9/2003

104. War Of The Worlds [4K UHD] (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A science-fiction film by Steven Spielberg has to fill some big shoes. A thoroughly exciting and enjoyable action/horror flick, War of the Worlds lives up to expectations. I wouldnít classify it on the level of Spielbergís absolute best work, but itís definitely one of the strongest movies heís made in years. Starring Tom Cruise, Dakota Fanning. Paramou

105. Iron Man [Blu-Ray] (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although Iíd like to refer to Iron Man as one of the great superhero movies, I canít do that. It provides an enjoyable, well-produced effort with more strengths than weaknesses, but it just doesnít hit the heights of the best comic book flicks. The Blu-ray offers great picture and audio along with a very nice collection of extras. This is a top-notch rel

106. The Dark Knight [Blu-Ray] (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fans need to put The Dark Knight on the short list of the best superhero movies ever made. Heck, I could argue itís the best of its genre, as the film provides a thoroughly dramatic and exciting experience that dazzles from start to finish. Starring Christian Bale, Heath Ledger. Warner, $41.99, 12/19/2017.

108. Schindler's List [4K UHD] (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I know Iím firmly in the minority in regard to my negative opinion of Schindlerís List, but I really donít understand the overwhelming praise given to the movie. It tells an important story but does so with too much manipulation and too little subtlety. Add to that a lack of depth from the characters and it seems like a flawed examination of its subject.
