12. Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse (2009 Reissue) (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: This 2009 release of Magical provides a pretty tacky reissue. Rather than spruce up the picture/audio or adding new supplements, the 2009 DVD provides an exact replica of the original 2001 disc. That seems cheap and cheesy to me. Disney, $26.99, 11/3/2009.

14. Extreme Sports Fun: Walt Disney Classic Cartoon Favorites (Volume V) (2005)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Aimed at casual fans, Extreme Sports Fun may prove satisfying for folks with a hankering for just a taste of Disney. More dedicated animation buffs will probably already own all eight shorts, as they already appeared on various “Walt Disney Treasures” releases. However, this set includes a nice sampling of good cartoons. None of them excel, but none of t

15. Lady And The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure (Limited Edition) (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should any fans of Scamp bother with this 2006 edition? Nope. Picture and audio seem identical when compared with the original 2001 release, and only two minor new extras round out the package. There’s no reason to “upgrade”. Starring Scott Wolf, Alyssa Milano. Disney, $29.99, 6/20/2006.

16. Lady And The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure [Blu-Ray] (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: All in all, I feel that Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure is a bland and lifeless sequel to a classic animated film. Nothing about Scamp seems overtly bad, but it suffers from a serious case of the ordinaries and rarely betrays any spark or verve. At least the Blu-ray provides excellent visuals as well as good audio and a few interesting supplemen

18. Oliver & Company [Blu-Ray] (1988)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While I can’t assert that Oliver & Company is the worst animated film ever produced by Disney, I think it falls close to that mark. The movie seems excessively bland and lifeless, as it fails to ever become engaging or winning. Starring Joey Lawrence, Billy Joel. Disney, $9.99, 8/6/2013.

19. Oliver & Company: 20th Anniversary Edition (1988)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If you choose to pursue the movie, the 20th Anniversary release is the strongest version of it on the market. In terms of audio and extras, it’s a lot like the 2002 disc, but the 2009 release provides moderately improved picture. It’s not a huge difference, though, so I wouldn’t endorse a repurchase for fans who already have the original disc. Starring J

20. Oliver & Company (1988)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While I can’t assert that Oliver & Company is the worst animated film ever produced by Disney, I think it falls close to that mark.
