181. The Shaggy Dog: Wild And Wooly Edition (1959)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The Shaggy Dog takes a clever plot idea and milks it for some laughs. However, it rarely manages to stand out as anything particularly enchanting or strong, as it seems too restrained and pedestrian to ever excel. Starring Fred MacMurray, Jean Hagen. Disney, $19.99, 3/7/2006.

183. Lady And The Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure [Blu-Ray] (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: All in all, I feel that Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure is a bland and lifeless sequel to a classic animated film. Nothing about Scamp seems overtly bad, but it suffers from a serious case of the ordinaries and rarely betrays any spark or verve. At least the Blu-ray provides excellent visuals as well as good audio and a few interesting supplemen

184. Disney's A Christmas Carol [Blu-Ray] (2009)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Disney’s A Christmas Carol provides a flawed version of the story. Robert Zemeckis adapts the tale well, gives it a satisfying dark side and moves it along well with his direction, but his decision to use ugly motion capture animation robs it of some impact; the visuals simply remain too ugly and unnatural to allow the viewer to really dig into it. 185. Toy Story [4K UHD] (1995)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: An innovative achievement in animation, Toy Story remains a ton of fun. After nearly 30 years, the movie continues to be delightful, witty and exceedingly entertaining. Starring Tom Hanks, Tim Allen. Disney, $39.99, 6/4/2019.

186. Monsters Inc. [Blu-Ray 3D] (2001)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As one who adored the first three films from Pixar, I expected great things of Monsters, Inc. However, while I enjoyed the movie as a whole, it lacked the spark that made the earlier flicks so special. Monsters provided a reasonably fun experience, but it never took off and became something truly special. Starring Billy Crystal , John Goodman. Disney, $4

187. The Jungle Book: Collector's Edition [Blu-Ray 3D] (2016)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Essentially a remake of the 1967 animated version, 2016’s The Jungle Book delivers a moderately entertaining experience. The 3D edition boasts excellent visuals that add impact to the story. Starring Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley. Disney, $39.99, 11/15/2016.

188. Bedtime Stories: Deluxe Edition (2008)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a family comedy, Bedtime Stories has its moments, but don’t expect greatness. The movie features an uneven mix of hits and misses that satisfies to a moderate degree but never quite catches fire ... This is decent family fare. Starring Adam Sandler, Keri Russell. Disney, $32.99, 4/7/2009.

Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: If nothing else, Who Framed Roger Rabbit would go into the cinematic history books as a terrific technological achievement. Happily, the movie deserves attention as more than just a smooth marriage of live-action and animation, after more than 30 years and many screenings, I continue to enjoy Rabbit. Starring Bob Hoskins, Christopher Lloyd. Disney, $34.99

190. The Nightmare Before Christmas [Blu-Ray] (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I’m not quite sure it qualifies as a holiday classic, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas holds up well after 17 years. It creates a fun, inventive tale that consistently entertains. The Blu-ray offers very good picture and audio plus a terrific roster of extras. The movie keeps us engaged, and the Blu-ray brings it home well. Starring D
