1. Lions For Lambs (2007)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With a much-lauded roster of actors present, many expected great things from Lions for Lambs. Unfortunately, the end result was a thin, ham-fisted piece of propaganda that can entertain but never remotely lives up to its potential ... Though this is a decent DVD, the movie itself never proves very interesting. Starring Robert Redford, Meryl Streep. Unite

2. The Natural: Director's Cut (1984)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I feared The Natural would become another of Barry Levinsonís sickly sentimental stinkers, it avoids the usual traps. Instead, it offers a stirring and engaging fantasy ... This release does justice to a fine film. Starring Robert Redford, Robert Duvall. Sony, $24.94, 4/3/2007.

3. The Sting [Blu-Ray] (1973)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: The Sting delivers a solidly entertaining little film. It aspires to be nothing more than a consistently compelling and delightful movie and it succeeds on all counts. Starring Paul Newman, Robert Redford. Universal, $14.98, 6/5/2012.

4. The Natural [Blu-Ray] (1984)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I feared The Natural would become another of Barry Levinsonís sickly sentimental stinkers, it avoids the usual traps. Instead, it offers a stirring and engaging fantasy. The Blu-ray presents good picture and excellent audio along with a very good collection of supplements. Fans of the film should be pleased with this satisfying Blu-ray. Starrin

5. Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid: Ultimate Collector's Edition (1969)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: This ďUltimate Collectorís EditionĒ of Sundance acts as a solid upgrade from the 2000 DVD. Audio remains about the same, but both picture and extras are stronger here. Though those areas were good on the prior disc, they leap up on the 2006 version. That makes it the version to own for fans. Starring Paul Newman, Robert Redford. Fox, $26.98, 6/6/2006.

6. A Walk in the Woods [Blu-Ray] (2015)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: An excellent cast holds our interest throughout A Walk in the Woods, but the rest of the movie plods. Though the actors keep us with the tale, it remains a disappointment due to its thin plot and meandering nature. Starring Robert Redford, Nick Nolte. Broadgreen, $29.99, 12/29/2015.

7. All The President's Men: Special Edition (1976)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I strongly recommend the Men DVD, and that goes for folks who own the original movie-only release. Itís a superb movie, and the new disc improves on the prior edition to a substantial degree. Itíd make a fine addition to your collection. Starring Dustin Hoffman, Robert Redford. Warner, $26.99, 2/21/2006.

8. The Sting: Legacy Series (1973)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: This two-DVD ďLegacy SeriesĒ take on The Sting isnít a slam-dunk, mostly because of the erratic visuals and skimpy extras. Nonetheless, I do recommend it. Folks who donít own the old DVD should check it out, and it also would fare as a good upgrade. I donít think it blows away the prior DVD, but it improves matters enough to merit a look. Starring Paul N

9. All The President's Men: Special Edition [Blu-Ray] (1976)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Understated but still dynamic, All the Presidentís Men holds up well after three decades. The movie benefits from its subtle tone and focuses on the story instead of melodrama or silliness. The Blu-ray offers relatively good picture, acceptable audio and some informative supplements. This is a solid version of the film, though it doesnít add much for fan

10. Truth [Blu-Ray] (2015)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: In Truth, we find an interesting story, but the film treats it in a flawed manner. The movie seems one-sided and lacks the insight and subtlety necessary to make it a success. Starring Cate Blanchett, Robert Redford. Sony, $34.99, 2/2/2016.
