3. The River Murders (2011)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: With an unusual premise within the serial killer genre, The River Murders boasts decent potential. Unfortunately, the movie suffers from too many flaws; it comes with clunky dialogue, stiff acting and a general sense of lethargy, all of which make it a dull “thriller”. The DVD delivers very good picture, acceptable audio and a decent set of supplements.

4. Dawn Of The Dead [Blu-Ray] (2004)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Not too many remakes better their inspirations, but the 2004 Dawn of the Dead indeed provides a more satisfying flick than its predecessor. Tight and exciting, it melds the horror and action genres to turn into a lively piece. Starring Sarah Polley, Ving Rhames. Universal, $14.98, 9/30/2008.

5. Death Race 3: Inferno [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I thought the first film in the series was poor, and Death Race 3: Inferno does nothing to elevate the franchise. It might actually be a crummier piece of work than the original, as it delivers nothing but hyperactive visuals with little point and no excitement. The Blu-ray brings us very good picture and audio along with a decent set of bonus materials

9. Mission: Impossible III - Special Collector's Edition (2006)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: For Mission: Impossible: III, the third time is the charm. Both of the first two movies were good, but this one takes things to another level and proves more satisfying in almost every possible way. Starring Tom Cruise, Philip Seymour Hoffman. 10. Bringing Out the Dead [4K UHD] (1999)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: When a film combines Martin Scorsese, Paul Schrader, Nicolas Cage and a supporting cast of strong actors, one expects a masterpiece, but Bringing Out the Dead doesn’t become that film. At its best, it makes for a reasonably thrilling and darkly entertaining view of the 'mean streets', but the movie becomes bogged down by many dull moments that attempt
