11. 1941 [Blu-Ray] (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: After two straight smash hits, Steven Spielberg struck an iceberg with 1941. While I’d like to claim it provides a misunderstood gem, instead I think it gives us a tedious, pointless mess. Starring John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd. Universal, $19.98, 5/5/2015.

14. National Lampoon's Animal House: Double Secret Probation Edition (1978)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Though it satisfies less than its prior release. Both this “30th Anniversary Edition” and the 2003 “Double Secret Probation Edition” sport similar picture and audio, but the earlier set includes superior supplements. 15. Jingle All The Way (1996)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I suppose its creators hoped that Jingle All the Way would become a holiday classic. Instead, it turned into little more than a footnote on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s résumé. The movie presents the occasional laugh, but a muddled story and too much easy emotion drags it down to the level of impotent tripe. Starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sinbad. Fox, $14.98

16. Jingle All The Way: Family Fun Edition (1996)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Fans of Jingle will find this to be the best DVD version of the film, but it’s not a great release. The extended cut of the flick adds only four minutes to the experience – not the promised 20-minutes-plus – and the supplements are mostly mediocre. It’s the strongest DVD of Jingle but definitely not worth a double dip if you already own the prior disc. S

17. Little Shop Of Horrors [Blu-Ray Book] (1986)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: A quirky and generally likable movie musical, Little Shop of Horrors delivers a fun experience. It combines an odd story with good songs and many delightful performances to become a generally strong effort. The Blu-ray brings us pretty positive picture and audio along with a pretty nice set of supplements. I’m not much of a musicals guy, but Shop works f
