21. Moonraker (1979)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Moore seems game as ever as Bond, but everything appears so stale and bland. Even the trademarked action sequences look uninspired and fail to rouse much excitement. I like the Bond pictures well enough I feel even a bad Bond still offers some fun, but Moonraker tests my loyalty. It’s probably the worst Bond flick ever made. Starring Roger Moore, Lois Ch

22. The Living Daylights [Blu-Ray] (1987)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Timothy Dalton didn't last long as Bond, but his two films stand among the best of the series. The Living Daylights isn't quite as good as follow-up Licence to Kill, but it's a very solid effort that provides a gritty, exciting story. Starring Timothy Dalton, Maryam d'Abo. MGM, $14.98, 9/15/2015.

23. The Living Daylights: Ultimate Edition (1987)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Should folks who already own the prior release pursue this Ultimate Edition? Probably, as it offers the superior rendition. However, it doesn’t serve as a tremendous upgrade. It provides improved picture and a few nice new extras but it doesn’t give us a stunning increase in quality. Starring Timothy Dalton, Maryam d'Abo. MGM, $89.98, 11/7/2006.

24. For Your Eyes Only (1981)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Maybe I’m too hard on For Your Eyes Only. It gets a lot of attention as one of the better Bond flicks, but I just don’t see it that way. This is an above-average movie but it doesn’t rank up there with the best Bonds. Starring Roger Moore, Carole Bouquet. MGM, $34.98, 10/19/1999.

26. Never Say Never Again: Collector's Edition (1983)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I don’t find much to recommend from this drab Bond “adventure”, though at least this DVD gives the movie good treatment. It improves on the picture and audio of the 2000 release, and the extras add real value. Still, I can’t advise any folks other than Bond diehards to grab this sucker. Starring Sean Connery, Klaus Maria Brandauer. MGM, $19.98, 3/24/2009

29. Never Say Never Again (1983)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although I hate to slam a Bond film - especially one that stars Sean Connery - I found Never Say Never Again to provide a poor example of the genre. The whole thing feels like a cheap rip-off and it almost never gels despite the best efforts of the star ... Never Say Never Again may merit a look from curious Bond fans, but I'm glad I only rented it. I wo

30. Wreck-It Ralph [Blu-Ray] (2012)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a film in the Toy Story vein, Wreck-It Ralph provides passable entertainment but nothing more. While it comes with a clever premise and occasional fun, it lacks consistency and fails to deliver the heart and cleverness I hoped to see. The Blu-ray brings us excellent picture and audio but lacks a substantial roster of bonus materials. I think Ralph has
